Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Average Shipping Time

Our average shipping time is 1–8 business days after your order has been shipped. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Backorders & Extended Shipping Times

If your order’s shipping time exceeds two (2) weeks, this is due to the item being on backorder. Backordered items are temporarily out of stock and will ship as soon as they become available.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that backorders may result in extended shipping times. We appreciate your patience while we work to fulfill your order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
