All sales are final.

Hades Ritual does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances, except in the limited case of defective or damaged items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Please send an email to HadesRitual@gmail.com with photo evidence of the damage or defect.

Once verified, we may provide a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

This exception applies only to items that arrive damaged or defective and does not cover buyer’s remorse, misordered items, or changes of mind.
